Free PS3 Dynamic Themes, it’s not a big list, but here it is anyway.
You’ll need a UK PSN account to access two them.

The first one is Afrika (no longer free), it was the first, and still one of the best. It’s very relaxing to watch Zebra’s walking around the savannah’s.
This theme is no longer a Japanese store exclusive. To buy it now will cost you 200¥ yen, or $2.99 from the US store. Damn shame it’s not out in the EU, it’s a really good theme.

Next up is… WipeoutHD dynamic theme. See your craft being prepared for racing / battle.
This is regarded by some to be the best dynamic theme ever! well, it is good.
It’s available for free on the UK store. It’s exclusive to the UK too.

And now for MotorStorm Artic Edge. Get a spectators view of the start / finish line.
Again, it’s free and still is, but only from the UK store.

M.A.G. Has a set of three free? dynamic themes, but you need to buy the collectors edition of the game to get them. One theme for each faction – Raven, SVER and Valor with well done colour schemes.

The latest theme made available for free! is God of War. See Kratos eyes burn with fire.
It’s only available in North American 7-11 stores, and you need to purchase Slurpee’s to get one.
